At Black Sheep, we stand by our gear, but if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
